The SEO analysis is slightly different from the on page content analysis. The SEO analysis, which is where you are having this issue, is mostly focused on your homepage and the keywords used in the tests are the specified common keywords, check the screenshot in the sensitive section. These are generated from the most common words on your homepage
Please note that the analysis score does not affect your SEO or rankings. It is only used as an internal metric to give you a to-do list of things you can do to optimize your website. These tests are just guidelines, and one does not need to follow them religiously.
