Please check with your web host if the ModSecurity feature is enabled on your server as it can cause such issues.
In case the issue persists, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If that doesn’t help either, please take a backup of your .htaccess file and replace it with the default WordPress .htaccess file. You can get the file contents here: https://wordpress.org/support/article/htaccess/
You can follow this guide to edit the .htaccess file:

Once done, clear your website cache and try to reconnect your Rank Math account again.

We’ve seen many different issues with ModSecurity in the past (not only with Rank Math), so we suggest you keep it disabled. You may enable any additional security services if you prefer.
