To resolve this issue, you can allocate more credits to the affected site by following these steps:

Open Client Management Dashboard: Log in to your Rank Math account and head over to the Connected Websites section.

Increase Your Content AI Limit: Find the affected site in the list and in the Content AI Credits settings, click CHANGE LIMIT.

Now, increase the Content AI credits assigned to the site and click Save.

After increasing the credits, you should be able to continue using Content AI without any issues.

Please try to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help:
