can’t update to pro version

    Your site says if we have both free and pro versions to submit a ticket to resolve the error message in WordPress dashboard. I already have the pro version installed but it won’t update and gives me “PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10): Unable to find End of Central Dir Record” error.

    I have disconnected and re-connected and it doesn’t do anything.

    In the Plugins tab in WP do I deactivate or delete the free version of RankMath or do I need to have both free and pro in the Plugins section?

    It seems like you have connected your website to one of the free accounts on Rank Math.

    Can you please share the email address of that Free account so we can merge it with your PRO account?
