Can’t update pro

    Hi, I’ve been trying to update the PRO plugin for a while, but keep getting this error

    An error occurred while updating Rank Math SEO PRO: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    On my dashboard I’m unable to download the PRO version to update manually. But AFAIK we haven’t canceled the PRO version, so we should have access to it.

    Could you check that, or help me with the updating?

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please share the email address or search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    Back to your issue, one possible cause of this error is trying to update the PRO version while connected to your website’s free account.
