Can’t update my domain

    Hi! My Rank Math Pro subscription is no longer connected. I recently changed my domain name so perhaps that’s why. I tried reconnecting but when I put in my email address it says “This address is already registered.”

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with your Rank Math Pro subscription. It seems that since you’ve changed your domain name, you need to reconnect your website to the correct Rank Math account associated with your subscription.

    To resolve the issue where it says "This address is already registered," please follow these steps:

    1. Disconnect Your Current Account: Go to your WordPress Dashboard, navigate to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help, and choose Disconnect Account.
      Choose Disconnect account

    2. Reconnect Your Account: After disconnecting, click on the Connect Now button.
      Click Connect Now in Rank Math

    3. Select the Correct Account: Ensure you select the correct Rank Math account associated with your Pro license. If you have multiple subscriptions, choose the appropriate one from the License drop-down list and click OK, ACTIVATE NOW.
      Activate Rank Math license

    Once your website is successfully connected, you should see it listed in your Rank Math account area.

    It seems that you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you used to open this ticket is a free account.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?

    This error appears when your site is connected to a Free account. Once you connect it to the PRO account, you will be able to update the PRO plugin.
