You mentioned you are using the PRO subscription but it seems that you have created this ticket using your free account.
Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and confirm the purchase?
As for your issue, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account with the Business subscription in it.


See if this fixes the updating issue.
