can’t update AI credits

    3. Check if the remaining credits are displayed correctly. You can refer to the screenshot below for reference:

    4. If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by going to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. Here are some screenshots to guide you:

    5. After reconnecting your account, refresh the credits count in your Content AI settings to ensure it displays the updated credits from our server. You can do this by visiting Content AI and refreshing the credits count. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Since you have the Content AI Expert subscription plan, you can reset the credits for the running month by paying a one-time-fee in here: https://rankmath.com/content-ai/#pricing

    Hello,

    You cannot buy more credits because you still have the full 45,000 credits available to use on your website.

    The option to buy more is only active when you exhaust the current credit count.

    Hello,

    Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Dashboard > Help and disconnect & reconnect your Rank Math account.

    After that, head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI, and it should work without any issues.
