Hello,
I apologize for the inconvenience you are facing with sharing posts on Facebook using Rank Math. It seems like you are experiencing difficulties with the social sharing options not appearing as expected after publishing a post.
Based on the information provided, it appears that the additional UI elements for sharing the post on social media are not visible in your case. This could be due to various reasons such as settings configuration or other factors.
To troubleshoot this issue, please ensure the following:
- Check if the Facebook profile is correctly set up in Rank Math settings.
- Verify that the post has been published successfully.
- Confirm that the Rank Math plugin is properly configured to enable social sharing options.
If you have followed these steps and the issue persists, I recommend checking the Rank Math Knowledgebase article on sharing content on social media for further guidance.
If the problem continues, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue for you.
Best regards.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.
I just checked this on my end and it’s working fine.

Can you confirm that you’re using the block editor? Those options only show on the block editor.
We are looking forward to hearing back from you.
Yes, I use block editor.
Your answer is not helpful. It is ridiculous.
The answer “but it works for me” is #1 answer which you never, ever, give to a person with a problem.
Ask your boss, go for 5 minute training to learn that.
Hello,
Apologies for the inconvenience.
Please note that the social media share buttons will only appear once when you first publish your post. It won’t appear when you edit and hit the update button.
If the issue persists even with newly published posts, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hi Reinelle.
Thank you for the clarification. It explains that the post can be shared on social media only when I publish it for the first time (changing its status from Draft to Published).
That resolves the ticket.
However I found a way to share the post at any time in the following manner: in Post edit mode click Settings icon in Toolbar, select Post tab, then click post status next to Status word (it reads Published) and change it to Draft, close the window, click Save in Toolbar, then Publish the Post.
It will show the social share buttons again. Post’s publishin date did not change (important in case your posts are in chronological order).
I still have two remarks to share.
First, perhaps the fact that social share buttons appear only when you Publish should be clearly stated in this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/sharing-content-on-social-media/
Second, perhaps you might add social share (or re-share) buttons to the RankMath section Social tab. Currently it has only Edit Snipped button, why not add Share buttons?
