Can’t see ticket

    Thanks for contacting us.

    Your previous ticket was in the PRO support forums. As per your request, we’ve initiated the refund and since your account is not a PRO account anymore, the previous ticket can’t be accessed with your account.

    I’ve attached a screenshot of my colleague’s reply, on your previous ticket, in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

    As I am from Canada, I understand that it might take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in my credit card account.
