Can’t see my pro-subscription

    I’ve just upgraded to Pro, but can’t see my subscription in my account – and hence can’t download the pro plug-in.

    The email is m**************@a********* – The order number is RANKMATH210604-6800-91278.

    You seem to have created another account with email ID (added to sensitive data). That is why you are not seeing it in the account you are logged into.

    You can login to the correct account at https://rankmath.com/my-account/ or even reset the password.
