From your screenshot, it seems like the files do not have permissions to load (a 403 error).
This is a server-side error.
Please follow the steps mentioned here and see if that helps:

You can also ask your hosting to check for the file permission.
If everything is correct, and assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins, themes, and WordPress (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
