Can’t save snippet

    Hi, I think my firewall is blocking this but when I look in Wordfence, I cannot see these:
    /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta
    /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateSchemas
    /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateRedirection
    Not sure what else I can do please?

    As the REST Routes are being blocked by your Wordfence firewall, please follow this guide to whitelist these routes on the firewall so that the data can be updated correctly on your website: https://rankmath.com/kb/whitelist-rank-math-in-wordfence/

    I’ve checked your site, but I’m unable to replicate the issue. Please check the screencast in the sensitive data section where the snippets (meta description) are saving fine.

    It’s still not working for me. Sorry, I realise maybe you were looking into pages, but the issue I can having is with the custom post types – club, province, sub-union.
    This one as an example:

    I checked the affected URL you’ve shared and it seems to be saving the data fine. Please refer to the screenshot attached in the sensitive data section.

    Can you please try switching your browser or try on incognito mode of your browser and see if the issue persists?

    I checked your video but that wasn’t the affected url that I sent you. You can watch my video to see:

    It’s under clubs – Lincoln Rugby Club. But other clubs and post types are having this issue also.

    The issue is that your CPT doesn’t include editor support and when that is the case our preview snippet cannot generate the preview accurately for the meta description.

    However, any data that you enter inside the meta description field will be visible in the frontend to all your users and search engines.
