If you are using a Firewall, please whitelist this route:

Whitelisting the route should fix the issue.

yourdomain.com/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta.
If it throws an error, get in touch with your hosting provider and ask if they are blocking the updateMeta route.
If you are using Cloudflare, you should whitelist the route from Cloudflare as well:
