Thanks for your reply – I’m not using a firewall and have updated the Cloudflare rule but this hasn’t fixed the problem. I don’t think any other plugin is causing the problem – do you have any other suggestions?

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

Hello,
I tried to login into your website’s admin area but your login page redirects to the 404 page. I tried using /wp-admin and /wp-login.php.
However, upon accessing the updateMeta route on your website, I found that WordFence is blocking it. Here’s a screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/VlGF0D
Please whitelist the below route and see if that fixes the issue:
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta

I was able to login into your website’s admin area and upon investigating, I found that WordFence is indeed blocking the updateMeta route. Please have a look at the screencast in the sensitive data section of this ticket for a quick reference.
Please get in touch with your web host regarding this and they would be able to help you whitelist the route mentioned in my previous reply.

WordFence can also be applied to the server as a Firewall which doesn’t require the WordPress plugin to be installed on the website.

I have discovered the problem – this website is an addon domain. The main domain does have Wordfence and it was this that was blocking Rank Math in the addon.
