    Please cancel my subscriptions
    I try to send email to [redacted] many times! But I can’t receive email from your side!
    What happen?
    I don’t need RANKMATH!

    Are you referring to your Analytics email reporting?

    If you are, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions and check for rank_math/analytics/email_report_event scheduled action.

    If you see one, please run it and check your inbox again. Also, kindly check your spam folder if you haven’t received any in your main inbox.

    Let us know how that goes.

    I don’t install rankmath plugin! why I need go to wordpress dashboard?
    I am trying to cancel subscription.

    The problem is while change payment method, your side request for sending email, I had try many times! Never receive your email!
    I can not access to FastSpring Checkout Page!

    Why I can not cancel subscription?? What happe?
    Do not allow user to cancel subscription? Just charge me even I don’t need your plugin?

    We have already initiated the refund process on your renewal order as was requested on the previous ticket you have opened with us.

    The process could take some days to be completed depending on the payment method used for the purchase.
