Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:
– Payments in USD $
– Supports subscription-based payments
– You are not using a prepaid card
– International payments are turned on
If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using a credit card instead.
You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment to go through and request them to approve it on your end.
Also, if you are using a Proxy or VPN, please disable that and use your actual ISP to make the purchase.

I still have difficulties with the payment. I tried with credit card, but did not succeed. The credit card accepts international payments etc. so that should be the problem.

Does your card support payments in USD? It will only work if it does.
If it is a prepaid card, you cannot use it to purchase a subscription.
If that card isn’t working for you, please use some other card or pay using PayPal/Amazon Pay.

as I wrote in my first message, the PayPal is not working either, which was my first payment option. The credit is not a prepaid card and I have paid many times dollar amounts with it.

Also, please ensure that you choose the same country that you are trying to make the payment from to ensure that the payment goes through.

After so many fails attemps to purchase your pro version, I just have to give up and stay with the free version. Ibreakly hope that some day you would have better, working payment method, because I really like your product. Unfortenately this buying process have been so frustrating!
