I changed something in the WordPress Settings. I delete www of the url. But the issue still persists but now this sitemap link works:

With WWW I get the error now:

Also, the WWW version is already redirecting to the non-WWW version, which is your preferred version of your website.
You should submit your sitemaps now, as they are already working fine:
https://rankmath.com/kb/submit-sitemap-to-google/
