Started with the plain permalink structure, then changed to Post Name. Currently, I have it at Plain again, as the Post Name structure is not working for me.

I was able to replicate the issue but it seems the error is still occurring even all plugins are deactivated and the default theme is selected. Please see the video screencast in the Sensitive Data section.
This only tells us that the issue doesn’t come from any plugin or WordPress but from your server. Please contact your hosting provider.

I would like to add, this could also be a .htaccess issue, you can take a backup of your .htaccess and delete the file over FTP. Head over to your WordPress permalink settings and re-save it. It should generate a standard .htaccess file and see if this resolves the issue.
