Cant login to my main account

    Im the marketing manager for http://www.guldbech.dk. I have recently switched jobs and then got my former main mail account deleted and therefore i cant login to my account here on rankmath,…

    My previus mail was: m**@w*********** and i would like it to be switched over to m**@g**********.

    I have admin access to http://www.guldbech.dk but im not sure which informations you need before you can give me access to my account again?

    The website you mentioned is not connected to the account with the email address you shared initially, it’s connected to a Gmail account.

    Because of this, for us to be able to validate that the account you mentioned belongs to you, please share the address or the receipt from FastSpring in the sensitive data section so we can verify it in the system.

    Also, if possible share the date at which the PRO subscription on that account was purchased.
