- Navigate to Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Import & Export in your WordPress admin area.
- Look for the Import CSV tab.
- Click on the Choose File button to select your edited CSV file.
- If you are only adding new data and do not want to overwrite existing data, make sure to check the Do not overwrite existing data checkbox.
- Finally, click on the Import option to complete the process.
If you still do not see the import section, it might be due to a plugin conflict or a theme issue. We recommend checking for any conflicts or ensuring that your Rank Math plugin is updated to the latest version.

Importing the metadata via CSV is only available using Rank Math PRO.
