    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.

As importing/exporting redirects via CSV is a PRO feature, could you please share the email ID you used to purchase the subscription of Rank Math?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Thank you.

    Hi Prabhat Rai,

    I have PRO version
JFYI: I’ve fixed the issue by deleting “id” in .csv file:
    “”,”test-page”,”exact”,”https://www.example.com/test-page2″,”301″,””,”active”

    Could you please answer:
Which max number of redirects can manage RM plugin without performance issues etc..?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

Since you are creating the support ticket in the Free section with a Free account, we would like to ask for the email address you used for your PRO account for us to confirm.

Back to the issue, I am glad that you are able to fix the issue with your CSV.

With regards to your new inquiry, could you please confirm if you are referring to the number of redirects single URL produce or the number of redirects rules recorded in your settings? (WordPress > Rank Math > Redirects)?

Having many redirects rules shouldn’t cause any performance issue as this is just recorded in your database and it only runs if a certain condition is met to fire the redirection.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    remove number id working fine

    Hello,

We’re glad that you got that sorted.

Yes, the ID column is required only when updating existing redirections. For new redirections, that column is not required.

Please feel free to get in touch if you require any further assistance.

    Thank you.
