Can’t get the “Enable the Index Status tab” button to respond

    Hi, I am revisiting the Rank Math setup wizard, and under Search Console, the “Enable the Index Status tab” button is greyed out and doesn’t respond to my clicking on it to activate the enabling. What has to be done to get it to work?

    In this case, please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your website in an incognito window in Chrome.

    2. Remove the access to Rank Math from your Google account:
    https://myaccount.google.com/permissions?gar=1&pli=1

    3. Reconnect with your Google account, give all the permissions, configure the settings.

    Thank you, I follow steps 1 and 2 okay, but not step 3.

    When you say “Reconnect with your Google account,” I don’t know what you mean.

    – Do you mean log into my Google account? Or do you mean to in some way reconnect with it via my website?

    And when you say, “give all the permissions, configure the settings,” what permissions do you mean, and what settings?

    1. Yes, you’ll need to connect your Google account to Rank Math.

    2. After you select your Google account to connect, you’ll get the settings to give all permissions.
