Can't get Content AI to activate, even though it says it's available. - Support

Hi! I just purchased Content AI Starter and am going through the help tutorials but it won’t recognize that I have credits on a live site, only in the dashboard on RankMath’s client portal. How do I get it to recognize my site? I’ve already attached the site to RankMath and it shows connected via the dashboard in WordPress.

To ensure that your site recognizes the Content AI credits, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Rank Math account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits.
2. Visit the Rank Math Account area by clicking here and verify if you can see the correct remaining credits as shown in the screenshot below:
1. If the credit count is correct in your Rank Math account but not reflecting on your website, you may need to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from your WordPress admin area. Here’s how:
  - Go to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
  - Click on the option to disconnect your Rank Math account and then reconnect it as shown in the screenshots below:
1. After reconnecting your Rank Math account, head over to your Content AI settings and refresh the credits count. This action will prompt the plugin to request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count. You can refresh the credits count as shown in the screenshot below:

Please try to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again from WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help:
