I don’t know why I am not able to generate a site map for tags. I have already clicked “Included in Site Map” and “Include Empty items” for tags. However, the tags sitemap is still not listed under the “sitemap_index.xml”. My website also returns 404 when clicking on the link for the tags (index.php/post_tag-sitemap.xml).
FYI, my site has over 80 posts and some of the tags are written in Chinese while some of them are in English.
Much appreciated if anyone can share me any light.

Please check the following:
1. Head over to Rank math > Titles & Meta > Tags and ensure you have not set to noindex
2. Please head over to Posts > Tags and ensure you have not set your tags to noindex.
If you have checked the above and the issue still exists, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
