Can’t find what account is tied to my subscription

    Hello, we recently purchased RankMath Pro a couple of months ago but recently it was requiring an update and asked us to login to confirm our Pro subscription but we can’t figure out what account is tied to our subscription.

    We tried logging in using the WordPress site it is on but that just created a new account for it. Then we tried the other emails it could have been purchased with but it’s not showing up in subscriptions for those accounts.

    So I’m curious if there is a way you guys can see what email or account ours is tied to so we can re-activate the pro version for our website.
