Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

in the site map, I already had the setting set to 201 right now I moved to the default setting which is set to 200. after I move back to 200 setting those URLs I mentioned in the text before those URLs can be found to the sitemap.
if I go to the 201 settings there are about 6 thousand plus URLs in the sitemap But I have about 4 thousand something content on my site now. as I moved to the default setting of 200 the exact amount of URLs are available in the sitemap as my site.
I am really confused right now, what should I do?

It seems like your sitemap is getting cached. Please follow this guide to exclude the sitemap from the caching plugin you are using: https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
