That error message is related to a corrupt entry for schema on some pages on your database. Did you try to change the schema directly from the database?
In your database find the wp_postmeta table and look for entries with a meta key of rank_math_schema_, if you find any that are empty you can delete those entries to get rid of the error.
If you don’t feel confident enough doing this yourself, please provide us with cPanel/phpMyAdmin login credentials and we’ll do it for you.

There are no rank_math_schema_ empty meta in our database and we don’t try to change schema manually directly from the database. You can check the screenshot https://ibb.co/wdzTCjd

Those entries you see on your database without the schema name are the corrupt entries. If you look closely the first one shows the Restaurant schema, but the others are missing the type of schema definition.
Please take a full backup of your database before proceeding, and then delete all those entries where the schema definition is missing from your database.
When all of them are removed all pages and posts on your website should return to normal functionality.
Please note that doing this will remove the schema from the pages that were using this corrupted schema and you’ll need to re-apply it on those pages.
