Hello – I am running into an issue on our site where, on certain SKUs in our catalog (we are running WooCommerce on WordPress), when I click into the desscription box in Rank Math (Edit Snippet), it will not all me to edit the descrittpion text. It is not all items. Some allow editing and others do not. Have you seen this before? Do you have a fix?
I have tried different browsers (Firefox and Chrome for Mac), different logins (including our SEO team’s login, with which they are not having this issue), cleared my cache and more, yet the issue persists.
Please advise steps I might be able to take to address this issue.
