Hi, this is actually not the page I was referring to. There is a ‘free printables files’ page, and a ‘free printables’ page. That is where the snippets are different.
Is there a way to attach a screenshot so I can show you? Or you can probably see it when you log back in and go to the free printables page.

I was able to see the issue here.
I went ahead and enable troubleshooting mode and I noticed that this plugin “MailOptin – Lite” is causing a conflict. Please refer to the video screencast I shared in the Sensitive Data section.
Kindly contact the support folks from “MailOptin – Lite” and ask if they already have a solution for this. See if they are able to determine what’s causing the issue.

I am getting nowhere with MailOptin. They initially said it was because there were two optin forms on one page, but even on pages where there are not two forms I still can’t edit the snippet. They keep telling me they are able to edit the snippet and they are not having the issue that you and I are having, which you showed in the video screencast. I don’t know what to do. Any other suggestions?

I was also not able to replicate the issue on your site. The preview in the block editor and in the Elementor editor is showing the same SEO description even when Mail Optin Lite is enabled:
