Cant edit snippet

    Hi

    I just installed your plugin today veverthing looked great until i tried to edit a snippet.

    When i made my edits and clicked save i received the following error message:

    Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.

    When the plugin is activated it also messes up the formatting on the product page.

    Please see a video at the below link for a visual explanation of the problem.

    I hope you can help me with this problem as it looks like a really great product.

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Sorry for the issue you are facing.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), we have seen it happening sometimes due to conflicts with another plugin.

    I would recommend you to check disabling the security plugin (if you have one) and if you have any other site in the hosting, you should also check to disable there the plugin; since this issue is caused because something (a firewall) is blocking our calls to the API REST.

    Please let us know if you find the culprit.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
