So WP setup seems to be the problem. However I have spoken to WP and they cannot help. I really would like to stay with RankMath instead of Yoast, can you help please? Thanks so much!
Sorry, I sent that before finishing,. Online help at Bluehost for my wordpress said they have accessed the wordpress of liquidmotionacademy.com and unable to see the any issue on Rank Math SEO plugin. But i still cant save.

I logged into your website’s backend and I was able to replicate the issue. I noticed that you are using an old version of WordPress. Some plugins on your website have already started giving warnings related to the version of WP.
Please update WordPress on your website and see if that fixes the issue. Before updating WordPress, please take a backup of your website.

I’ve checked your site and replicated the issue then got this error:

Those errors usually are caused when something is blocking access to the WordPress REST API. I’ve also tested this when Rank Math and a default theme are only enabled during troubleshooting mode.
In this case, please contact your web host and ask if your server is blocking it, firewall policies, or even a security feature for the WordPress REST API getting disabled.

Usually when you get error regarding the plugins, we advise to disable the plugin so that it wont effect the working of the website.

What does that mean!>> It was an error with the plugin. So you can try disabling the plugin. Its better to not let one plugin effect the performance of the website.

The error message they provided seems to be coming from their own plugin and not the actual error message you are getting.
Please ask them if they have any server feature that affects your website’s WordPress REST API getting disabled. You can mention the error code provided in my last reply as 403 is a permission error coming from your server, which prevents saving any SEO data you have entered in Rank Math.
