Can’t Connect Website to RankMath

    I created a RankMath account and received an email from you that my account was active. I have installed the plugin and checked by WordPress settings. Everything appears to be in order. I am using the set up wizard yet I am unable to connect my website to RankMath. I click on the blue Connect Your Account button and nothing happens. Its frozen on that page.

    Your assistance getting properly set up will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

    Thanks a lot for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    We tried diagnosing the issue but we are constantly getting timeout issues.

    I think the server resources are limited due to which some pages are not loading correctly.

    Could you please include your FTP details as well so we can find out the reason?

    Alternatively, please ask your web host for the error log so we can check.

    The issue has been fixed. The host increased the resouces and we optimized the database and reinstalled the app. Thanks for your assistance
