Please ensure that you are using GA3 when connecting your Google service to the plugin. You may refer to our guide about it here: https://rankmath.com/kb/using-ga4/
Now with regards to the permission, you can proceed on clicking the “Continue” button to regenerate a new auth token from Google.
See if this will establish a connection between GSC/GA and the plugin.

If yes, can you please try connecting the website using Google Chrome?
If that does not help, try saving the settings in Incognito Mode in Chrome.
