I have just checked the course list on your website and noted that you are using a theme to insert the FAQ and not our FAQ schema.
When the schema is generated by third-party tools such as your theme or another plugin, you will need to get in touch with them to help you pass the rating data to Rank Math schema using this filter: https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#change-post-schema-data.
This also applies to the reviews you have on the site in any case they are added via another plugin or theme. However, do note that we do not use the reviews as a standalone.
They are used within supported schemas from Rank Math. See some of the of them in this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-fix-review-schema-errors/
Else then you would have to either choose using Rank Math schema or their schema.
As for the course schema you have opted to use, you need to make sure that all the fields are fulfilled for the schema to be recognized. Please see more about these fields here: https://rankmath.com/kb/course-schema/
