If you have changed the meta description on the page, and it is still displaying the old one in the page’s source, then please try clearing your website and browser’s cache and see if that fixes the issue.
If the issue persists, then Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Regarding the second concern, could you confirm if you’re referring to the FAQ schema?

The FAQ schema is available in Rank Math PRO. You can use it in the Free version with the FAQ by Rank Math block in Gutenberg editor or the accordion in Elementor.

Unfortunately, there is no option for using the FAQ schema in Classic Editor with the Free version of Rank Math. You may use an alternative tool for that.

Upon checking your site there seem to some loading issues as the site loads really slow from the backend. Upon trying to troubleshoot the page disorients since some page resources are not loaded. See screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/VRf72T
Also tried to access the edit page when the troubleshooting mode is on and it brought a black page See here: https://i.rankmath.com/J0WRUI. Not sure if you are facing this same issue but it’s persistent on my end and it signifies a slow server.
