Well, tried it again, with differnt browser, different text and find out that the problem was this badge symbol : 🥇
I was using it with success in the past pages.
Tried other random symbols, and they work ok.
So when I’m changing the title, and put that symbol inside, tile will not change, will remain the old one.
Can you please confirm this bug ?

A common issue with this is that your database collation doesn’t support saving emojis. Could you please confirm that on your end? Or contact your hosting service to check on that.
We can also try troubleshooting by checking a plugin or theme conflict. You can follow this troubleshooting guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Try to only enable Rank Math plugin and your default theme (eg. Twenty-Twenty) and see if you are able to save the 🥇 emoji symbol.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Didn’t checked with disabled theme ..
For now this is ok for me, used a title with a different symbol.
