It seems that something is blocking the WordPress API REST.
If you are using a Firewall, please whitelist this route:
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta
Whitelisting the route should fix the issue.

If you are not sure how to do that, get in touch with your web host. They will be able to help you with this.

Even after adding them, I still get the 404 for https://audirvana.com/fr/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta?_locale=user with the response:
No route was found matching the URL and request method.

Please take a backup of your .htaccess file and replace it with the default WordPress .htaccess file. You can get the file here: https://wordpress.org/support/article/htaccess/

Hello Anas, I was wondering if something had to be done on the .htaccess file. Unfortunately we only have one person that can access to this file and he is actually on vacation so as soon as he will come back at the end of the month, I will try to check this issue with him and follow you up about this issue.

The route might be returning a 404 error because of some rule on your server which is why we suggested using the default file.
Let us know if the issue is not resolved after switching to default htaccess.

We made the change of the htaccess but was not enough. It seems that there is something wrong with our Weglot plugin as we need to have our web browser in English to make RankMath working.
Are you aware of any issue between RankMath and Weglot? Maybe it’s because of their Auto switch feature which redirect visitors based on their browser language?

At the moment, we have no reports with regards to Rank Math and Weglot having conflicts with each other.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
