Please ensure you are using the latest version of our plugins according to the changelog: https://rankmath.com/changelog/. The latest version of the Rank Math PRO plugin is version 3.0.101, and the Free plugin is version 1.0.258.
To make sure that our redirection module is working, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database tools and click on the button “Re-create Database Tools”. You may also refer to this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/recreate-missing-database-tables/
After that, you can try adding new redirections again and see if that works.
