I can add redirections in general, but if I try to add a redirect from the www to the short link of my website, I get an error: “Please add at least one valid source URL”.
I don’t know why it isn’t working.
It seems to by default redirect me from http to https from the main page as well as all other pages, but it isn’t redirecting away the www.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
