Can’t activate the plugin on Multisite

    Howdy!

    I followed your Multisite directions exactly, installed from network-wide, switched to a subdomain, was prompted to connect my account which I did via Google and then on this URL

    https://secondthoughts.verisimilitude.net/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-wizard

    I get the “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” message which if I follow the support page it says make sure you followed the directions for Multisite which as I mentioned I had.

    I had no trouble setting up Google Site Kit on all the subdomains and have not had any issues with other plugins many of which required the same initialization steps for each subdomain (clicking through the same thing 17 times has not been fun).

    Any advice?

    Just wanted to say your automated reply is based on the initial setup working as you can’t see that menu until the connection is made. I have reviewed the support article but can’t see .htaccess naturally through cPanel so if that is the issue I may have to SSH and use nano to review the file. I have tried doing the setup in 3 browsers to make sure it’s not a cookie issue.

    I didn’t notice the request for the site I’m trying to set up. The specific subdomain is

    https://secondthoughts.verisimilitude.net/

    but I have tried a number of them and they all produce this message. I am the Super Admin.

    Hello,

    You already mentioned that you have followed the guide, but just to be sure, the correct way to use our plugin on a multisite setup is to install it on the network but only activate it on specific subsites.

    If you have activated it on the network, please deactivate it and then activate it on the subsites.
