After a recent WordPress update, I am unable to access the RankMath SEO editor from a blog post. When I click the RankMath icon at the top of my screen I have three buttons show: Attempt Recovery, Copy Post Text and Copy Error. Nothing happens when I click Attempt Recovery.

Same here. I can’t find rank math options below the page in backend.
    Any idea?
    kind regards Jak

    Same here.
Although Rank Math SEO plug-in is activated and worked perfectly until 10 days ago, after a recent WordPress update, Rank Math SEO settings panel with meta boxes that show up while editing a post and page now does not appear.
I cannot see tab headers i.e General, Advanced, Rich Snippet and Social.
I have 5.3.2 WordPress edition, theme Fictive, PHP version: 7.2.15 and the latest version of Rank Math SEO.
    Please advice.

    Hello,

Thanks a lot for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

Please switch to the inbuilt Block editor instead of using the standalone Gutenberg plugin.

If you must use the Standalone Gutenberg plugin, please give us a few days to fix this known issue.

We would really appreciate your patience in this matter.

That worked! Thanks very much for your help.

I do not have gutenberg plugin installed!

I didn’t know that Gutenberg editor was embedded in Word Press 5.0 so Ι download a ¨disable¨ plug-in and now Rank Math SEO is working again! Thank you very much for your help.
I am looking forward to hearing from you when you solve this compatibility issue because Gutenberg is easier and looking better than Block editor

    Hello @joposti

I am glad that this is now resolved 🙂

    @didilloo
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please create a new ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.
