Can’t access my new post editor after Rank Math latest update

    Hello,
    I can’t open a new post editor on my website, instead, it will display ”critical error has occurred…”. This started after the latest update.

    I have also checked for any conflicting plugin and theme but it appears the problem is from the Rank Math SEO plugin.
    I will appreciate it if you could look into it and see if the settings are alright. I hope it gets resolved as quickly as possible.

    But I am not using that plugin and I can’t remember installing it in my website at any time either.

    Could you please check if your server is running an older PHP version?
    We recommend at least PHP 7.2 for all the plugin functionality to work as expected. We are currently working towards adding support for older PHP versions.

    You are right, my website’s server was running on old PHP version. As soon as I upgraded it the problem became resolved.
