Can’t Access my AI credits

    When I refresh my credits it returns a JSON error. So the credit I purchased for the Content AI is not available to me inside WordPress.

    To resolve the JSON error you are encountering when trying to refresh your credits, please follow these steps:

    1. Make sure you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits.
    2. Head over to your Rank Math account by visiting this URL: Rank Math Account
    3. Check if you can see the correct remaining credits for your account.
    4. If the credit count is correct but not reflecting in your WordPress dashboard, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by going to WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. Here are the steps to disconnect and reconnect:
      • Click on "Disconnect" as shown in this screenshot: Disconnect
      • Then click on "Reconnect" as shown in this screenshot: Reconnect
    5. After reconnecting your account, head over to your Content AI settings and refresh the credits count again by clicking on the refresh icon as shown in this screenshot: Refresh Credits

    By following these steps, your Content AI credits should be refreshed, and you should be able to access them within WordPress without any issues.

    I tried the above already. Still getting The response is not a valid JSON response.

    I can now see that my account says 0 credits. Pretty unfair, haven’t used them yet. I would like this fixed ASAP.

    I purchased the subscription I believe yesterday and have not used any credits yet.

    We have manually disconnected the website from our end. Now, please try to reconnect your website with your Rank Math account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and then click on Connect Now.

    Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below. In case you’ve multiple Rank Math licenses associated with your Rank Math account, then you can click the License drop-down to choose your preferred license to activate on this website.

    Also, please make sure that you are running the latest version of Rank Math plugin.
