Can’t access Content AI

We apologize for the issue you are facing with accessing Content AI. It sounds like there may be a couple of reasons for this problem.

1. Content AI Subscription is Not Active: Please ensure that your subscription is active. You might see a message indicating that you need an active subscription plan. If that’s the case, you can check your subscription status and select a plan if needed by visiting this link.
   

2. Website is Not Connected to Rank Math: Make sure that your website is properly connected to your Rank Math account. You can do this by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Help and clicking on Connect Now.
   

If you’ve confirmed that your subscription is active and your website is connected, but you’re still experiencing issues, please try disconnecting and reconnecting your Rank Math account from the WordPress admin area under Rank Math → Dashboard → Help.

After reconnecting, refresh the credits in Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI.

If the issue persists, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.
