Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.
Multilingual plugins will add a hreflang tag to pages with translation to tell Google to serve a certain version depending on the current language and thus you do not need to index both versions of the page.
The same goes for the robots.txt, the translated version should not be present and thus you should not worry about this.
