    Hi I hope all is well

    On a website that has many pages displaying posts, is it possible to set a canonical url for a certain category and is this best for SEO?

    If this is possible how can it be done using RankMath?

    Hi Guy,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    We do not recommend changing the canonical tags for category archives. It defeats the purpose of even having the category archives.

    It is not recommended to do so but if you wish, you can do so from the advanced tab:
