Thank you for your suggestions. I have carefully followed all the steps you mentioned, including checking the Rank Math settings, testing with the default theme, and enabling debugging mode. However, I was not able to identify any issues based on those checks.
I also noticed that when Rank Math is deactivated, the canonical tag appears correctly on the page. But as soon as I activate Rank Math, the canonical tag disappears. This leads me to believe the issue is directly related to the plugin.

Please note that Rank Math does not include a canonical URL when the page is set to noindex.
Once you set it to index, the self-referencing canonical URL will be added automatically.
