I checked the website link you sent us and it doesn’t seem like you are using Rank Math there. Are you using any other plugin that might be striping the tags added by Rank Math?
If you are unsure, please share your WP logins so we can check the issue in detail.

I have used Rank Math Plugin in my site with Focusblog theme and Thrive architect Page Builder.
Problem 1: I set canonical tag from Rank math Advance tab. But no activated canonical tag. I checked with more seo audit tools.

Problem: I use Thrive Architect for updating content. but many time rank math didn’t update timely. I need clear cache several time to show it.check compatibility with Thrive architect.

Your homepage seems to be set to noindex. That is the reason you are not seeing a canonical for that page. Please remove the noindex from the page.

So I analyzed my page with Ryte and I got Primary error
“We have found a Canonical Meta Tag, but it points to a different URL. This means that this page will not be indexable.

I really don’t understand what that means, because I cannot find any canonical meta tags.
