Hello, I received an email notification about a reply to the ticket I opened yesterday about AMP issues but I am unable to view it since it is marked as Private. I may have incorrectly selected the type of support instead of Free I chose RankMath Pro.
Is there a way my previous ticket can be unmarked as Private so I can see the replies?
